I have a very shallow well next to a lake, and my water was very acidic, roughly 5.3 - 5.5ph. This system was pretty easy to install and worked exactly as described, my well water PH is now right on the money at 7.2.

Haven't installed yet because I had to repair some scrapes in the cylinder. Also had to clean up and save, as possible, two torn bags of Calcite. I can't rate the unit yet, but it's doubtful I'll do future business with Mid-Atlantic.

Simple setup, works as designed, though i wished i would have gotten the Corosex mixture as my ph is still a bit low but it did come up. My fault not theirs. No loss in water pressure, works great.

United StatesAssembaly instructions needed to avoide problems with poorly desigined 90deg NPT fitting.
1) The "o" ring and collar stop that needs to be assembled onto the 90deg NPT fitting should have better instructions. The provided diagram does not show necessary detail for correct assembly. When I called, you quickly sent me a photo that provided all necessary information....So why is that photo not part of the shipped product. (It could save you time answering ****** questions from people like me). 2) The threads on the 90deg NPT fitting are NOT milled correctly, and BOTH fittings cross threaded after 3 turns!....Your suppler should either get a new injection mold for the part, or provide instructions with adequate warring that the threads are fragile and not well tapered. .

Everything was great. Shipment was as promised and everything arrived well packed and nothing was missing. Install and install videos were easy to follow. Would highly recommend products. The only thing I did not use was the spin down filter as I already had a 50 micron down spin filter.
